Join Julie in this slow stretch, restorative flow yoga class for every body. Each session will follow a different theme embodying creativity through movement, stretching and breath work.

Urban Zen Yoga with Cynthia
Try your first class at no charge!
Urban Zen Yoga is a lovely 60 min class that integrates the modalities of restorative yoga, essential oil therapy, guided meditation, gentle mindful movements, and Reiki. Bolsters, blocks, blankets and yoga straps* are used to provide complete relaxation and support for the body. This is an intimate class with a capacity of 6 participants to allow each person to receive maximum benefits. It is pure deliciousness if you seek freedom from the stresses of everyday life.

Qigong with Melissa
Meditative movement with the intention of cultivating and connecting to life-force energy for improved health and whole-body harmony. This ancient practice utilizes body-posture, movement, breath work, the meridian system and the 5 elements Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal & Water.
Takes place every Monday at 2:30.
