SoulSpa Sound Healing Workshops
These workshops are a series of deeply immersive experiences that explore the bodies seven energy centers to find balance, strength, and healing through the chakras. Each event of the 7-month series includes journaling, guided meditation, community connection, and the healing frequencies of a sound bath. Through these activities, you will discover the ways that we can integrate the wisdom of the chakra system and it's deep level of healing into our lives.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as sacred drums, singing bowls and bells.
The benefits of sound baths include:
healing on an emotional and physical level, deeper connection to self, clearing blocked energy, becoming centered, soothing anxiety and depression, and better sleep!
